We are the 7th licensed manufacturer of Psilocybe Cubensis mushrooms through Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS), which is a new section housed within the Oregon Health Authority Public Health Division’s Center for Health Protection. The Oregon Psilocybin Services Section implements Ballot Measure 109 (now codified as ORS 475A), which was passed in November 2020.
